Is this just AI visibility?
AI visibility is the entry point and diagnosis. The programme is about the foundation behind it: positioning, proof, content, entry route and follow-up. Being found more easily has little value if visitors don't understand why you are the obvious choice.
Do I need to build an online platform straight away?
The first phase is deliberately small: a clear positioning, an initial entry route and proof that people are willing to take the first step. Only when that works do we build further. Many coaches never start phase 3 — they begin with a compact route that delivers proof.
Do ads still work for coaches?
Running ads directly to an expensive programme or sales call is often difficult. That is why we usually build an intermediate step first, such as a guide, scan, masterclass or mini-product. This lowers the barrier and builds trust before someone books a call.
What if I already have a website?
We look at what is usable and what needs sharpening. Sometimes we build on what is already there; sometimes a new foundation makes more sense. It is not about the technology, but about whether your expertise comes across clearly enough for visitors and AI.
Is this suitable if I don't have a large audience yet?
